Prosper Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage located at 305 Railroad St., Ste. A in Buda, reopened Sept. 5 as Realty ONE Group Prosper, a franchise of the national company Realty ONE Group.

“We intend on disrupting the real estate industry with our unique business model of 100 percent commission for agents with low monthly tech fees,” Marketing Director Adrianne Gosselin wrote in an email  “No other brokerage in our area is doing that right now.”

CEO Karlyn Ellis founded Prosper Properties along with a partner 2012; the firm now has more than 30 agents that serve Hays County and the surrounding area. Realty ONE Group has more than 135 offices across the country, according to the company.
