Blue Dahlia Bistro, 107 Hopkins St., San Marcos will host a grand opening brunch July 23 after a brief soft opening. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of items that can be made vegan and gluten-free. Menu offerings include hummus and taboule, tartines—open-faced sandwiches—and ahi sashimi tuna steak.

Blue Dahlia Bistro also features a full espresso bar, serving drip coffee as well as mochas, lattes and other coffee drinks.

The restaurant’s happy hour menu features canned, bottled and draft beer as well as wine and snacks. Happy hours are 3-6:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri. and 6-9 p.m. Sunday.
