Pollo Tropical, known for its citrus-marinated and flame-grilled chicken, will be open for business Wednesday, Oct. 12 at in 1439 Interstate 35, San Marcos. Oct. 14 and 15, the restaurant will host a grand opening party starting at 10 a.m. and hold a drawing for the first 100 customers to receive a year's supply of free chicken.
