Hays Co. Bar-B-Cue & Catering will close Feb. 12 to work on its expansion. The owners of the barbecue restaurant, located at 1612 S. I-35, San Marcos, will raze the current building and repave its parking lot while moving equipment to the new, bigger building currently under construction behind the restaurant’s current building. This should take 3-4 weeks. The new building will include a meeting room and a full bar.
