Stellar Coffee Co., located at 235 A N. LBJ Drive in San Marcos, plans to move to a roomier space right across from its current location. Stellar Coffee Co.—which first opened in 2013 under the name Stellar Cafe—will open its new doors at 232 N. LBJ Drive, Ste. 101, in April. Stellar Coffee Co. serves handcrafted specialty espresso and coffee drinks. In addition to moving for the extra square footage, the shop's owner said the business may explore the possibility of serving wine and beer in the future.
