A 70,000-square-foot self-storage facility, Public Storage, will open at the corner of I-35 and W. Goforth Road in Buda between mid-November and early December, according to Austin-based real estate firm Capella Commercial.
While Capella will own the business, it will be managed by the chain Public Storage, which has facilities across the U.S. and internationally.
The facility will include 580 climate-controlled units of varying sizes.
