A new retail building at 5940 Kyle Parkway, Kyle, across from Seton Medical Center Hays, will be home to a Smoothie King that will open by the end of the year. Smoothie King is a national chain, but this will be the first location in Kyle. The same building will house an Orangetheory Fitness franchise that may open late fall or by the end of the year. Orangetheory offers a one-hour workout that is designed to burn more calories than a standard exercise routine.
