Dr. Diane Phalen, a podiatrist who has practiced in San Marcos since 1987, will be retiring later this year at the end of November and closing her practice. “It has been an absolute honor to do my part in keeping people in our community healthy and active. I plan to continue to serve San Marcos in some capacity for years to come,” Phalen said.
