Poke House expects to open at 201 University Oaks Blvd., Ste. 1200, Round Rock, by the end of March or early April. Poke House, which opened its original location in Northwest Austin in June last year, serves Hawaiian street food cuisine such as fresh seafood, bowls and wraps.
