Holy Crepes coming to Pflugerville’s Stone Hill Town Center

Holy Crepes—a breakfast and lunch restaurant with sweet and savory crepes, paninis, soups and salads—is planned for Pflugerville’s Stone Hill Town Center, 18816 Limestone Commercial Drive, Pflugerville. Owner Brad Davis, who also owns Russo’s New York Pizzeria, said he anticipates opening Holy Crepes the first week of July.

The crepe restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. daily, Davis said.

  1. I can’t help but to wonder how a crepe based restaurant is gong to do in middle class Pflugerville. This is NOT West Lake Hills! You would think a guy that had been in the Pf restaurant business for years would better understand the local economy. The next time the economy hits a soft spot, which we’re WAY overdue for, places like this will be the first to close. (If they ever get off the ground in the first place.)

    • I don’t think you realize how much desire there is by “middle class” Pflugerville to have a place like this. There is a French cafe in downtown Pflugerville that is doing exceptionally well, West Pecan is a hit. There is definitely pent up demand for more “Austin-like” eateries here.
