Misty Young will open Hutto Flower Market soon at 6020 N. FM 1660, Ste. D, Hutto. The business will sell fresh floral arrangements, potted plants, candles, gourmet chocolates and sweets. Young, who has 17 years experience in the floral industry, said she expects the floral shop to open in November.
