Spirit of Texas, located at 1715 Dalshank St., Pflugerville, expanded its tasting room to a space about four times the size of their previous tasting room. The distillery, which offers cocktails, whiskey and two styles of rum, is looking to add more tasting room hours sometime in 2018. 512-989-9292.
