In partnership with Google, students at St. Gabriel’s Catholic School, 2500 Wimberly Lane, Austin, participated Oct. 16 in the Expeditions Augmented Reality Pioneer Program, which allows teachers to use special augmented reality technology to bring 3-D objects into the classroom for students to explore. A fifth-grade science class explored DaVinci’s inventions, including his crossbow, robotic knight, armored tank and more.
