Lakeside at Lake Georgetown hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 22 to celebrate the opening of the new community on Williams Drive in Georgetown. The community, which is located near Lake Georgetown, includes 300 lots and features a dog park, amenity center and playground. Builders include Gehan Homes, whose houses start at $334,990, and Coventry Homes with homes starting at $350,000.
