The Brodie Oaks Shopping Center at the northeast corner of South Lamar Boulevard and Loop 360 was purchased by Houston-based real estate firm Lionstone Investments in May. The shopping center is home to several tenants, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Toys R Us and Neiman Marcus Last Call.
