Southwest Austinites Robin and Barry Wurzel are developing Freedom Park, which consists of 6 acres at 8721 S. First St. A ground breaking took place Dec. 4 at 300 Ralph Ablanedo Drive for the project, which will include warehouse space, office space for lease and a pavilion. Three companiesÑWurzel Builders, Southern Demolition, and 1st Plumbing and ACÑwill be located at the site. Work on the first 3 acres will be completed by summer. [email protected]
