Eduardo Martinez opened Beijing Bistro, 3420B FM 967, Ste. B110, Buda, on Sept. 3. The restaurant does not feature a buffet, and every dish is cooked to order, Martinez said. Among the menu options are egg drop soup, Szechuan chicken, coconut curry chicken and beef with broccoli.
