On May 14 staffers of Cedar Park Regional Medical Center hosted a ground breaking for the first Cedar Park Regional Emergency Center at 1751 Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander. After one year of construction, the center will open by summer 2016, CPRMC Director of Marketing Laura Balla said. The 9,500-square-foot center will staff emergency physicians and will have nine patient rooms and diagnostic imaging services. 512-528-7010.
