Summer Moon Coffee will open a location in place of Cianfranni Coffee at 2011 Little Elm Trail, Ste. 110, Cedar Park, in February. Summer Moon is a local chain of stores that began in 2002. The shop will offer coffee made from beans roasted in Dripping Springs as well as breakfast tacos, pastries, sandwiches, salads and smoothies.
