Among electric utility companies in the country, Pedernales Electric Cooperative was ranked No. 10 for customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2018 Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey, according to a July 17 statement from the PEC.

The survey also ranked the PEC as No. 7 for customer satisfaction among electric utility cooperatives, according to the statement.
