Williamson County District Clerk Lisa David was named Texas district clerk of the year at the 123rd Annual County and District Clerk Association Conference, Williamson County announced June 19. David has worked for the Williamson County District Clerk’s office for 37 years. In addition to serving as the district clerk for 12 years, she also is a member of the County and District Clerk Association Legislative Committee, several judicial committees and is the Texas District Court Alliance president.
