Levant Cafe & Grill plans to open at 1320 Cypress Creek Road, Ste. 105, Cedar Park, in mid-April. The family-owned Mediterranean restaurant will feature cuisines from the Levant region, including authentic shish kabobs, shawarmas, falafels and hummus. The Levant region is an area of the Eastern Mediterranean that includes Cyprus, Israel, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Lebanon, Palestine and Jordan.
