Rockstar Bagels opened July 4 in Smooth Village, an Airstream trailer village located in Old Town Leander. The new trailer serves fresh bagels, cream cheese, breakfast sandwiches, lox—a salmon dish served with cream cheese and bagels—coffee and juice Wednesday-Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
