On July 13, all Schlotzsky's restaurants rebranded as Schlotzsky's Austin Eatery with an updated concept and menu, including sliders and flatbreads, to represent Austin's style. Schlotzsky's first restaurant opened in Austin in 1971.

The Schlotzsky's Austin Eatery in Cedar Park is located at 110 E. Whitestone Blvd.
