The Iron Plate Training Ground, an athletic recovery and training center, opened June 2 at 10921 E. Crystal Falls Parkway, Bldg. F, Ste. 302, Leander. The center offers personal training and recovery methods, such as cryotherapy, an infrared sauna, bamboo release and cupping. Healthy meals and smoothies are also available.

The center will hold a grand opening event June 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with vendors and giveaways.
