A new day care center plans to open soon in Cedar Park.

Light the Way Learning Center, at 900 Nelson Ranch Road, is scheduled to open by Sept. 12, according to owner and Manager Michele Dissanayaka. The business will provide day care services for children from infant to pre-K ages. Gayelynn Ballard will serve as the center’s director.
