Texas Street Grill, a family friendly and open concept, will utilize the pavilion behind 827Rays and be run by the same owners. The grill, which is set to open at the end of May, will consist of a causal burger and beer set-up. They will have 16 local Austin beers on tap and other foreign and domestic beer by the bottle. With the exception of catsup, all sauces, mustards and pickles will be house-made. The burger patties will be hand crafted with ground beef and brisket with other protein available on buns or salads.
