Update on May 18  Westlake B&B is no longer in business. Original story Westlake B&B, 1706 Thousand Oaks Circle, Austin, opened May 1. The three-room bed and breakfast has hardwood floors throughout and is owned and managed by local resident Lance Hay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, Wi-Fi and continental breakfast.
