Modern Market, 3201 Bee Caves Road, Ste. 144, Austin, is expected to open early-2017, aiming for a February debut in the Westlake area. The restaurant will be the second Austin-area site for the Boulder, Colorado-based company and features fresh salads, toasted sandwiches, brick oven pizzas, homemade soups, tofu dishes and meat plates. The eatery offers foods for specialty diets such as vegan, celiac, paleo, raw and low- or high-carbohydrate.
