Sebastien Caillabet of the now-closed gourmet deli Lox, Box and Barrel is excited to bring healthy meals to The Ginger Man’s new menu. The menu includes a unique spin on classic sandwiches such as Reubens and french dips. The Ginger Man features a variety of health-conscious vegan and gluten-free options, such as the Bee Cave Buddha Bowl. The eatery also carries over 60 international, domestic and craft beer options.
