F45 Training, a global fitness center chain, is having a grand opening Aug. 18 for a new location at 3944 S. RM 620, Ste. 120, Bee Cave. The training center offers 45-minute group workout sessions with personal coaching from trainers, some of whom have master's degrees in kinesiology.
