Cold Cookie Company opened its new location Sept. 1 at 6812 N RR 620 in Four Points. The dessert shop offers homemade ice cream sandwich creations, featuring freshly baked cookies and locally sourced ice cream from Austin Scoops, according to the company’s website. Customers can choose between flavors like cookies ‘n’ cream and birthday cake ice cream, paired with snickerdoodle or double chocolate chip cookies."Pick a dessert, pick an ice cream and pick a cookie and don’t forget the sprinkle bar,” co-owner Billy Marsden said. Cold Cookie Company’s original food truck is located at 2512 Rio Grande St., Austin. The new location will still feature the company’s classic flavors, according to Marsden. 512-720-2334.
