South Austin’s Urban Air Adventure Park is set to have its grand opening Saturday at 4500 S. Pleasant Valley Road, Bldg. 1, Ste. 106, Austin.

With over 50 locations in the U.S., the adventure park offers indoor trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, sports areas, playscapes and an on-site cafe. When fully staffed, the park will have about 60 employees.

The South Austin location will be the first to feature bowling, laser tag and virtual reality, Director of Operations Pinkal Kikani told Community Impact Newspaper.

“We wanted to give families more options and a variety of attractions so kids can have more fun,” she said. “As the Austin area grows we definitely thought there was a need [for us] to get to the families in the south Austin area, and we’re just so excited to provide the community with a safe and affordable experience for the family.”

Kikani said the park offers a one-of-a-kind experience that has been voted one of the best places for energetic children and as a top location to host birthday parties.

“Once you come to Urban Air Adventure Park you’ll know it for yourself,” she said.

For the grand opening event, the first 200 people in line will have an opportunity to purchase an Ultimate Pass, which offers basic access for a year.
