Built by Daniel, a development firm based in Georgia, the complex includes a clubhouse with a coffee bar, a fitness center and game room, according to a news release by the developer. Outdoor amenities include a pool area with sundecks, a fireplace and grilling stations, and an on-site park with walking trails and a community garden. The development includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment options ranging from 672-1,287 square feet. Apartments also include patios or balconies.
