The Brewtorium, a casual neighborhood brewpub owned by Chris Rauschuber and Whitney Roberts, opened at 6015 Dillard Circle, Ste. A, Austin on Feb. 14.
The menu has a strong German influence and features dishes such as Brat-stickers, which are dumplings stuffed with ground bratwurst, sauerkraut and onions.
