Modern Market, a healthy, fast-casual company based in Boulder, Colorado, will open its third Austin location at 401 Congress Ave., Austin, on Jan. 15.

Its other two area locations are in Westlake and at the Arboretum.

The menu is mostly made from scratch and includes options for many different diets, including vegan, celiac, paleo, raw and low-carb.
