Shelly Weiser, owner of the Hive, opened the co-working and child care center Oct. 23.

The Hive, a co-working space and coffee shop with supervised child care, opened Oct. 23 at 10415 Old Manchaca Road, Austin. A food trailer on the property offers coffee, tea and a full menu. The owner is currently pursuing a TABC license; once secured, beer and wine will be available for purchase. 512-336-8120. http://www.hiveaustin.com/
