Ashley Blackwell and Alicia Dowell plan to open Roots Counseling at 507 Denali Pass, Ste. 201, Cedar Park, in April. The business will offer in-depth relational types of therapy, and Blackwell and Dowell work with groups, individuals, and adolescents and families and also specialize in treating adult children of alcoholics and adoption and foster care.
Blackwell is a licensed professional counselor, and Dowell is a licensed marriage and family therapist. June Williams, who specializes in couples and family therapy, will also join the group.
