D Pet Hotels, a luxury dog facility offering all-suite boarding, day care, grooming and chauffer services, will open at 7107 W. Hwy. 71, Austin, in April. The hotel will offer more than 2,000 square feet of indoor, temperature-controlled play space, and it will have staff on-site 24 hours a day.
