Houston-based Shipley Do-Nuts will open at 3620 S. RR 620, Ste. 100, Bee Cave, on Nov. 1, in the site that previously housed Radio Shack. The eatery will offer about 38 varieties of doughnuts including the company’s signature hot glazed doughnuts as well as fruit, creme-filled and iced doughnut varieties; an expanded line of fresh-baked kolaches with filling options, such as Earl Campbell-brand sausage, ham, egg, cheese and jalapenos; pastry options including cinnamon rolls and bear claws; and a full line of coffee and espresso drinks. www.shipleydonuts.com
