Lewisville natives Randy and Ronda Owens, owners of The Perc Coffeehouse and Main Street Mercantile, are in the process of restoring and renovating the building next door to The Perc, located at 115 W. Main St., Lewisville. The two-story building will house Main Street Mercantile. It will continue to feature antique and vintage furniture and collectibles as well as the Owens' own line of gourmet food products, home accessories, gifts and custom candles. Ronda said she expects the building to be complete by the end of September in time for Western Days. "We’re also expanding a section of the Merc to include an emporium area that will have unique and unusual items for men as well as collectors of all kinds," Ronda said. "In the back section of the store will be what we call the 'Werkshop' area where we’ll hold craft classes, demonstrations and pop up shops of all kinds."
