The pizzeria will take a vacant retail space along Windhaven Parkway. Remodeling of the 1,016 square-foot space is scheduled to begin May 23 with a completion date of Sept. 23, according to the filing. The project is anticipated to cost $200,000.
Pizza Twist serves a variety of custom pizza options including items that qualify as vegan, halal and gluten free, according to the company's website. Patrons can choose from over 30 different toppings like pepperoni, veggies and more.

Dallas-based Foodcraft Realty One is converting an existing building into a Bojangles fast food restaurant in Lewisville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The project involves a complete overhaul of the interior and exterior of the 3,175-square-foot building. Foodcraft Realty One, LLC aims to complete the renovation for the Bojangles location by November 2024, according to the project details.

During Lewisville City Council's May 6 meeting, alternative standards were approved for a new location. The shop offers a number of caffeinated drinks including coffee, iced tea, lemonade and more.
The building will be 950 square feet with a walk-up window and drive-thru with parking for up to 24 vehicles, according to city documents.
