Why are you running for election?

Raised in a family serving both in our US military and in education, I know firsthand service to community. With deep business and leadership experience, I will champion smart growth, safe neighborhoods and a voice for our citizens. I’m committed to securing a future that honors and strengthens our communities.

What are your priorities if you win?

Leander families want safe neighborhoods, a strong and growing local economy and reliable water. I’ll prioritize water security, public safety, smart infrastructure and responsible development as are our values. I also will ensure each citizen feels they have a priority voice at the table of decisions with city leadership.

What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the city right now, and how would you address them?

Securing Leander’s water future is a critical challenge. I’ll champion infrastructure investments, promote sustainable practices for businesses and developers, and hold the city accountable for long-term planning. Together, we’ll protect our most vital resource and ensure smart growth, resilient systems, and a thriving community for generations.

What is your long-term vision for the city?

My long-term vision is to invest in the heart of Leander – our families, small businesses, first responders and shared values. I’ll champion these priorities and ensure every tax dollar is guarded and only wisely spent on our priorities, building a city that reflects who we are and our future.

I’m running to ensure Leander’s growth is safe, strong, and future-ready. With proven leadership in business and community service, I’ll protect taxpayers, strengthen public safety, and support schools and small businesses—building a city where families flourish, seniors feel secure, and every resident takes pride in calling Leander home.

What are your priorities if you win?

My priorities: public safety, responsible growth, and infrastructure that keeps pace. I’ll support first responders, deliver predictable permitting for businesses, protect neighborhoods, expand family amenities, and use tax dollars wisely—improving daily life and securing a safe, prosperous future for every resident.

What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the city right now, and how would you address them?

Leander’s biggest challenges are explosive growth, traffic, and strained infrastructure. I’ll strengthen public safety, improve roads and utilities, and lead with clear, accountable communication. By aligning residents, businesses, and city leaders, we’ll manage growth with integrity, deliver reliable services, and secure Leander’s future as a city built to last.

Why are you running for election?

Leander's rapid growth demands forward-thinking leadership prepared for future challenges. As a member of two city commissions, I have already been working for the residents. I am running to help secure reliable water resources, manage our growth responsibly, and ensure Leander remains a safe, strong, and connected community.

What are your priorities if you win?

I will ensure our tax dollars are spent wisely, preventing unnecessary increases. I will use my expertise in finance and geophysics to find tangible solutions for our city's water and growth challenges. Most importantly, I will advocate for residents by listening carefully and making sure their voices guide every decision.

What do you see as the biggest challenges facing the city right now, and how would you address them?

I will secure long-term water solutions, attract top talent for our police and fire departments with competitive funding, and apply my financial experience to safeguard tax dollars for responsible growth. This protects Leander’s future and addresses pressing resident needs.

My vision for Leander is a city where families feel safe, businesses thrive, and residents' voices shape decisions. I will focus on responsible budgeting, robust infrastructure, and lasting water solutions. This approach will allow Leander to grow strategically while protecting the character, heritage, and quality of life for future generations.
