A lawsuit filed by developer Adrian Overstreet's company Hill Country Galleria Texas LLC on March 7 has been withdrawn after a resolution was reached with the city, according to City Council Member Monty Parker. Parker wrote on his community Facebook page "Monty's Bee Cave Buzz,"  "Council determined that Hill Country Galleria Partners' demand for a curb cut should have never been challenged since the city had passed an ordinance in April 2014 allowing the curb cut." Parker also wrote, "Mistakes were made. It should have never gone as far as it did, resulting in a lawsuit, but it's over now." The developer now has a permit to put in a curb cut, Parker wrote.
