Project overview
A development called Five with five contemporary luxury homes starting at $12.48 million is underway in Westlake.
The five residences will be built on 5.5 acres at 3605 Stoneridge Road, Austin. The entire development is expected to be completed by winter 2024 with the first property built by October, according to a press release from Unicus Developments, the property’s developer.
