Pearl Bee Cave now leasing townhomes, apartments

Multifamily and townhome development Pearl Bee Cave is now leasing in the Bee Cave area.

Consisting of 318 multifamily units and four townhomes, the development at 13400 Bee Cave Parkway has two of its nine buildings move-in ready, according to a business representative in October. The remainder of the buildings are expected to be completed in pairs throughout March.

The site offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes. Amenities on the property include a Sky Lounge with views of the Hill Country alongside a golf simulator, gym space, yoga studio and two-story club building.

What else?

According to its website, apartment units start at $1,675 monthly and townhomes start at $4,950 monthly for a 13-month lease.

The background

The project is from developers The Morgan Group and InTown Homes, according to previous reporting by Community Impact. Although plans initially called for 55 total townhome residential units, a representative confirmed that number is now four.
