The Pearl development to break ground this fall in Bee Cave

The Morgan Group and InTown Homes are slated to break ground on The Pearl development this September at 13200 Bee Cave Parkway, Bee Cave, following several updates and changes to the project as previously reported by Community Impact.

Located off RR 620, there are two developments to create one project; The Morgan Group will be developing a 322-unit luxury apartment community while InTown Homes will be developing a 59-unit community of townhomes for sale, said Jason Hauck, Morgan Group Regional Development Partner.

The apartments will feature a near mile-long trail open to the public with scenic views of Balcones Canyonland, Hauck added. There will also be improvements to land nearby at the southeast corner of Bee Cave Parkway and RR 620 like added benches and walking trails.

On-site amenities will include a clubhouse, a lounge with a golf simulator, a work-from-home business center and other communal work areas.

There will also be traffic improvements made to the area to accommodate the new residents and influx of traffic.

The first units are expected to be completed by the end of 2024, Hauck said, while the project in its entirety will take two years to complete.
