Chili's Grill & Bar a possibility at under-construction Center at Four Points

The Center at Four Points, a mixed-use development located at Vista Parke Road and RM 620, could add a Chili's Grill & Bar to its growing list of businesses.

"They're not definitely a go yet, but it is trending that way," said Will Majors of SRS Real Estate Partners, one of the companies that helped broker the deal for The Center at Four Points. "The developer is currently working on trying to finalize Chili's as part of the development."

Majors also said there is an updated timeline for completion of the retail center.

"The bulk of the project, at least the retail portion of it, is under construction, and I would say we should have the majority of our tenants open by mid-summer [2020]," Majors said.

Once complete, the project will contain approximately 125,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, and multiple retail buildings and pad sites.

The initial lineup of tenants included Chick-fil-A, Discount Tire, Watershed Car Wash, Little Sunshine, Staybridge Suites and IHOP. Following the February sale of the 27-acre tract of land brokered by the Austin office of real estate company SRS Real Estate Partners, several businesses in the hospitality, restaurant and service retail sectors were in the process of contracting to move into the center.

Shortly after that list of tenants was confirmed, Bliss Nails, Starbucks Coffee, Verizon, Roosters Mens Grooming Center and Chipotle confirmed they would have locations in the center.
