Lake Travis SpringFest, an annual event that brings thousands of attendees to the Hill Country Galleria each April, has been postponed amid concerns of coronavirus.
Laura Mitchell, Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce president, issued a release this weekend announcing the postponement of several chamber events, including the free annual Lake Travis SpringFest, to a date to be determined in fall 2020.
“It goes without saying our highest priority is public safety,” Mitchell said. “We are working to reschedule upcoming events. We will be reaching out to those registered to issue refunds. It is our hope we will be able to reschedule these events at a later date.”
Each year SpringFest features roughly 100 vendors, kid zones, live music, activities, a boat expo, and craft beers and wine, and it draws about 10,000 to the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave.
