The Thai restaurant announced in October 2015 that it would open two new Austin-area locations in 2017 in The Domain and West Lake Hills. Managers said at the time they hoped to carry over the high service standards, communal atmosphere and modern flair that characterize the South First Street establishment.
Sway provides fresh Thai cuisine with a modern twist, and the menu features traditional and innovative dishes seasoned with herbs from the restaurant’s garden as well as made-to-order curries, oysters, housemade sodas and other unique offerings, Executive Chef Martin Wilda said.
